The community we serve is one that is tremendously supportive of their police department, and equally involved in partnering with their police department to preserve the quality of life all community members and visitors to our community expect and enjoy. The staff of the police department is equally as supportive of the community in their respect of members of the community and in how they perform their tasks, sometimes under arduous conditions, treating people they come in contact as if it were their own families.
Our team knows that change can be challenging, but our team also knows that learning from the experiences with unsuccessful outcomes simply means we have the opportunity to try again and look for different solutions. We also know that we must all look for opportunities for beneficial changes and recognize our own thought processes may be our most significant challenges to manage in these endeavors.
Florence, Oregon is a beautiful community. We are dedicated to making Florence a safe and vibrant place for everyone to live, work, play, or simply enjoy the “golden years”. This is our commitment to excellence.
